Yeast Protein-Whey Protein Group:For 10 days, a yeast protein-whey protein composite will be supplemented at a daily dosage of 0.9 g/kg body weight, divided into three doses in the morning, afternoon,
Whey Protein Group:For 10 days, whey protein will be supplemented at a daily dosage of 0.9 g/kg body weight, divided into three doses in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with each dose being 0.3 g
Blank Control Group:No protein supplementation will be conducted

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-30 years, international level athletes or above. 2.Primary Sports: Volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field, martial arts (routine, Sanda, boxing), ice hockey, rugby. 3.At least six months of consistent training experience. 4.No history of surgery, no knee joint injuries, fractures, or severe joint mobility impairment in the past year. 5.Willing to give informed consent to be randomized and willing to follow the study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Regular consumption of the following supplements or medications in the past three months: 1.Protein powder 2.Single vitamins or multivitamins 3.Antioxidants (e.g., lycopene, astaxanthin, anthocyanins, grape seed extract, polyphenols, etc.) 4.Metabolic regulators (e.g., creatine, L-carnitine, Coenzyme Q10, NADH, fish oil, etc.) 5.Appetite suppressants and analgesics.
