Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Newborns hospitalized with hyperbilirubinemia in the neonatology department of Pengzhou People's Hospital. 2)Gestational age =35 weeks. 3)Age < 28 days. 4)Newborns who have met the criteria for blue light therapy according to Figure 3-5-10: Phototherapy reference standard for preterm and full-term infants =35 weeks gestational age (page 191) in the 5th edition of Practical Neonatology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) With severe infected persons, such as sepsis, severe pneumonia, meningitis, etc. 2) Newborns with other genetic metabolic diseases affecting breathing, heart rate, response, hearing, etc. 3) Hearing screening failed. 4) Those who need a blood exchange. 5) Newborns who use sedative and analgesic drugs. 6) Failed blood collection twice or more. 7) Newborns with pain stimulation before blood collection. 8) Newborns who use ventilators to assist breathing or deep vein catheterization. 9) Request to be discharged, transferred to a hospital, give up treatment, or refuse to participate in the study.
