Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathological diagnosis of tumor patients; 2) Treatment with PICC catheter; 3) Patients with tube blockage and ineffective extubation after treatment or patients with the last infusion before extubation and the drop rate adjusted to the maximum <50 drops/min; 4) The models of puncture catheters are all Sedinger technology PICC catheters produced by Diorco under B-ultrasound guidance, 4F tube type; 5) Patients who are able to talk freely and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete medical records (incomplete or missing catheterization records, diagnosis and treatment records); 2) Psychological, cognitive or psychiatric disorders; 3) Patients with other diseases during the treatment period and turned to the main treatment of comorbidities; 4) Patients who were lost to follow-up or died after catheterization.
