Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Experimental group: met the diagnostic criteria of depression / recurrent depressive disorder in the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental diseases (DSM), HAMA < 7 points; Control group: no history of mental illness, PHQ-9 items 1 and 2 = 1, total score = 4, GAD-7 total score = 4; 2) Age 20-49 years old (including 20 and 49 years old), gender unlimited, Han nationality; 3) 20-39 years old, body mass index (BMI): 19.8-26.7 kg / m2, 40-49 years old, body mass index (BMI): 21.0-27.8 kg / m2; 5) Primary school degree or above, able to read the content of the scale and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) This is a definite manic or hypomanic episode; 2) Previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and other mental disorders; 3) The patients who had been diagnosed with brain cutting organic diseases, alcohol and drug dependence and acute poisoning in the past Ming Dynasty; 4) Judged by the researcher, including but not limited to patients with facial morphological changes caused by trauma, plastic surgery, facial injection, adverse drug reactions and other diseases; 5) Patients with eye diseases who cannot see the computer screen within the study distance (glasses need to be removed when taking photos).
