Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathological diagnosis of early breast cancer (TNM stage I-III); (2) Age =18 years old; (3) No previous history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy; (4) Chemotherapy regiments containing anthracyclines (combined with or without targeted drug therapy) are proposed; (5) Voluntarily cooperate, and expect to participate in the full cycle of the study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of malignant tumor; (2) Before the diagnosis of breast cancer, serious cardiovascular events such as acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral hemorrhage, severe valvular disease, malignant arrhythmia, NYHA grade IV occurred; (3) Complicated with heart, liver, lung, kidney and other serious organic injury diseases; (4) Are receiving psychotherapy or taking psychotropic drugs such as antidepressants.
