AOA treatment group:After the eggs are fertilized through ICSI, they are immediately treated with AOA using 10µmol/L ionomycin.
AOA control group:without intervention

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Female age between 20 to 40 years, with regular menstrual cycles; b) Female BMI within the range of 18 to 23 kg/m^2; c) Patients meet the indications for ICSI; d) Previous cycle ICSI fertilization rate <50% or patients with severe teratozoospermia (normal sperm morphology rate <2%); e) Patients obtained =6 MII oocytes; f) Patients have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Individuals allergic to exogenous estrogens or progesterone; b) Patients for whom fertilization outcomes have not improved after AOA treatment in previous cycles; c) Uterine malformations; d) Intrauterine adhesions, hydrometra, multiple endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, or thin endometrium (endometrial thickness <7mm on the day of embryo transfer).
