Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (2) ASA grade I ~ II; (3) Those with good nutritional status; (4) No serious circulatory, respiratory, nervous and other systemic diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other serious congenital systemic diseases (such as heart and lung diseases); (2) Those with cognitive dysfunction or fine diseases; (3) Those who have taken sedative, analgesic or sleeping drugs for a long time in the past (4) Huge thyroid mass (> 5.0 cm), hyperthyroidism; (5) Patients with choking due to primary disease before surgery;
