Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis; (2) Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for cold dampness obstruction syndrome; (3) 18 years old = age = 80 years old, regardless of gender; (4) Use Zhuifengtougu capsule or similar traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations (such as Fengshi Gutong capsule, Fugui Gutong capsule) for treatment (only one traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations is used), and the continuous use time is more than or equal to 2 weeks. (5) In the target knee joint WOMAC pain score, the pain score for any activity of "walking on flat ground" (item 1) or "climbing or descending stairs" (item 2) is = 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with allergic constitution and multiple drug allergies; (2) Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or have a recent pregnancy plan; (3) Patients with severe heart disease, severe hypertension, or liver or kidney dysfunction; (4) Patients with severe mental illness; (5) Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases or bleeding tendencies; (6) Those who have used two or more traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations to treat knee osteoarthritis at the same time; (7) Those who have combined joint cavity injection or surgical treatment methods.
