Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Typical clinical symptoms: LDH is lumbocrural pain, LSS is intermittent claudication and / or lumbocrural pain, both have bilateral lower limb symptoms; (2) imaging examination indicates lumbar disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis, located at L4 / 5 or / and L5 / S1 segments; (3) the imaging changes are consistent with clinical symptoms and signs, and have no obvious improvement after regular conservative treatment for more than 3 months; (4) clinical data Complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis or lumbar instability; (2) patients with lumbar tuberculosis, tumor and other pathological changes; (3) patients with history of lumbar trauma or surgery; (4) patients with severe heart, brain and kidney diseases.
