20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Couples indicated by ICSI, the female is between 20 and 40 years old, and the BMI is in the range of 18-30kg/m2; 2) Infertile women undergoing the first or second cycle of ICSI-ET treatment; 3) Routine controlled ovarian stimulation regimen; Such as antagonist regimen, agonist regimen, or luteal phase ovulation regimen; 4) The number of oocyte obtained is =10; 5) Normal fertilized embryos continue to be cultured in time-lapse; 6) Fully understand the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients without ICSI indications; 2) Azoospermia patients and frozen semen cycle; 3) no ovulation cycle;
