Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group (Patients with Coronary Heart Disease): Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease, with diagnostic criteria including but not limited to clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram changes, and coronary angiography. Aged between 18 and 75 years. Possess good self-care abilities and communication skills. Willing to participate in the study and have signed informed consent. Control Group (Healthy Volunteers): Aged between 18 and 75 years. Free from coronary heart disease and other major health conditions, confirmed to be in good health through medical examination and health assessment. Possess good self-care abilities and communication skills. Willing to participate in the study and have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Case Group: 1.Presence of other severe systemic diseases within the past six months (e.g., cancer, severe infections). 2.Suffering from severe chronic diseases or complications (e.g., end-stage renal disease, liver failure). 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4.Recent (within six months) cardiac surgery or other major medical interventions that may affect gene expression. 5.Inability to comply with the study protocol or failure to provide valid samples.
