18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years; (2) First confirmed diagnosis of stroke via CT or MRI; (3) Conscious and able to communicate effectively; (4) Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe comorbid conditions who are unable to perform activities of daily living independently; (2) Participants involved in other studies; (3) Those who are lost to follow-up or withdraw from the study.
