Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 55 and above; (2) All patients were diagnosed with primary laryngeal cancer by surgical pathological examination; (3) glottic laryngeal carcinoma with clinicopathological stage T1-T3; (4) Perioperative patients who underwent vertical partial laryngectomy with dysphagia could tolerate trachea blockage for 45 minutes or more; (5) Stable condition, no serious heart, liver, lung and other complications, no serious cognitive impairment, can cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with non-primary laryngeal cancer and recurrent laryngeal cancer after surgery; (2) Exclude patients with swallowing dysfunction caused by vascular diseases of the nervous system or brain trauma or nerve injury during partial laryngectomy; (3) Patients with contraindications for treatment such as heart failure and respiratory failure and cognitive impairment; (4) Patients with poor compliance and difficulty in completing training according to the prescribed program.
