Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with acute B-lymphocytic leukemia receiving CAR-T cell therapy The child and their family signed an informed consent form and agreed to participate in the investigation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with lower respiratory tract infections present during CAR-T cell infusion Diagnosed as having a mental state that hinders participation in the study.
