Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age above 18 years old, (2) clinically meeting 2 of the following 3 characteristics, AP can be diagnosed. ?Abdominal pain consistent with AP (acute, sudden, persistent, intense upper abdominal pain, often radiating to the back); ? serum amylase and/or lipase activity at least > 3 times the normal upper limit; ? Enhanced CT/MRI or abdominal ultrasound showed AP imaging changes.? The patient gave informed consent to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, or any cancer that requires ongoing chemotherapy and organ transplants.
