Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Family members =18 years old; (2) The patient corresponding to the family member is admitted to the ICU for the first time, and the expected stay in the ICU is greater than 5 days; (3) Family members are immediate relatives or in-laws who play a major role in caring for and making decisions during ICU treatment (when patients have two or more family members at the same time, the order of selection is spouse, parents, children, and others) (4) Each patient selected a family member with visits =3 times/week for investigation; (5) Have a certain ability to read and understand text, good communication skills; (6) Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Family members of ICU patients with a history of mental illness; (2) Family members with hearing impairment, confusion and communication difficulties; (3) Family members who are participating in other projects; (4) Family members who cannot complete the intervention activities for their own reasons; (5) Family members of patients who died or gave up treatment during ICU stay; (6) The data did not collect complete family members
