Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 50 to 80, who are able to understand Chinese and have met the diagnostic criteria of MCI, or subjectively believing they are experiencing cognitive decline
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who cannot understand Chinese, or have any history of head injury that requires hospitalization, neurological disorders such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, blindness or deafness, pregnancy, or inability to provide consent independently
