Pregnancy and low blood pressure

Interventions

Group of low dose ephedrine:Low dose ephedrine injection was injected intravenously after spinal anesthesia
Group of medium dose ephedrine:Medium dose ephedrine injection was injected intravenously after spinal anesthesia
Group of Norepinephrine:Appropriate amount of norepinephrine was injected intravenously after spinal anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. One-term pregnant women who underwent cesarean section under lumbar anesthesia; 2. HR was normal (<110 times/min) and NIBP was stable (90< systolic blood pressure <130mmHg, diastolic blood pressure <90mmHg) at the time of inclusion; 3. Exclusion of fetal malformations; 4. During the whole pregnancy, fetal growth was normal, amniotic fluid volume was normal, umbilical artery S/D ratio and fetal heart rate were normal; 5. Sign informed consent for anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of gestational hypertension or diabetes; 2.Preoperative Hb<70g/L; 3.Pregnant women with cardiovascular diseases or receiving cardiovascular drugs during pregnancy.
