Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for central failure in the literature "ESC Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failure, 2021"; 2. Possessing normal cognitive ability to cooperate in completing the study; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Complete clinical data; ? No neurological and psychiatric diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe liver and kidney organ dysfunction and patients with end-stage renal function; 2. patients in a state of coma or shock 3. Patients with combined cognitive function or mental disorder; 4. Patients with cerebrovascular sequelae or audio-visual disorders that prevent them from communicating normally; patients with a history of epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 5. Patients with combined severe valvular disease, malignant tumor, cardiogenic shock, complete atrioventricular block, pericardial tamponade, pulmonary embolism, and severe ventricular arrhythmia; 6. Refusal or withdrawal
