20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with breast masses (unilateral or bilateral, single or multiple), complete clinical and pathological data, and clear HER-2 expression status; (2) The patient had no history of cancer at other sites; (3) patients who did not receive biopsy, chemotherapy or radiotherapy before DBT or after DBT; (4) Over 18 years old, with full civil capacity and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) malignant breast pathology but no breast mass was found by DBT; (2) Breast cancer patients with distant metastasis or pectoralis muscle invasion affect the ROI delineation; (3) patients after breast prosthesis implantation, breast injection and neoadjuvant chemotherapy;
