18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older, 2. ASA classification I–III, 3. Expected one-lung ventilation (OLV) duration of =60 minutes, 4. Patients scheduled for elective thoracoscopic lung resection (wedge resection, segmentectomy, single-lobe resection, or bilobectomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for PEEP (right heart failure, bronchopleural fistula, intracranial hypertension), 2. History of radiotherapy or chemotherapy, 3. History of severe complications (severe heart failure, pulmonary infection, pleural effusion, atelectasis, respiratory failure, pulmonary edema), 4. Severe arrhythmia before surgery, 5. Post-pacemaker implantation, 6. Intraoperative massive bleeding (more than 500 ml), 7. Extrathoracic surgery, 8. Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
