Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes in ICD-10; (2) no previous history of mental disorders; (3) 17-item Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17) score =17 points; (4) Age 12-18 years old; (5) Han nationality, right-handed; (6) Normal intellectual development, can complete (functional near-infrared spectroscopy, ultrasound examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with other mental illness; (2) suffering from a serious physical disease; (3) Patients with strong suicidal thoughts or extreme impulsiveness and uncooperation; (4) Positive family history of mental illness; (5) Patients with abnormal head imaging examination were enrolled.
