Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2020 to December 2022, patients with pancreatic head cancer, ampullary tumor and other diseases who were admitted to Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital and underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy after evaluation were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Distant metastasis was found in preoperative examination, or pancreaticoduodenectomy could not be performed due to contraindication of general anesthesia; ? The presence of underlying medical history that may cause gastroparesis such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc.; ? Mechanical obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract and gastroparesis before operation; ? patients who could not undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy during operation; ? severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Incomplete data.
