Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=65; 2. Hospital admission for surgical treatment of hip fracture, and American Society ofAnesthesiologists physical status classification I-III. 3. Admitted to geriatric orthopedic ward after evaluated by the anesthesiologists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prolonged fracture (injury time over 20days(including)); 2. Multiple trauma or pathological fracture due to cancer; 3. Major cognitive dysfunction; 4. Communication difficulties and severe hearing impairment; 5. Transfer to the intensive care unit postoperatively; 6. Unwillingness to participate in the study or unexpected discharge.
