3 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age of 3 years or older at the time of enrollment; ?Diagnosed with focal epilepsy (according to the 2017 International League Against Epilepsy criteria for epilepsy diagnosis and classification);; ?Identified 1 epileptogenic zone via SEEG, and only 1 such zone; ?Surgical treatment has been performed (electrode-guided thermal coagulation or lesionectomy); ?Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Severe complications during or after surgery, such as infection or bleeding; ?Congenital or secondary incomplete cranial structures; ?History of severe mental illness; ?Uncontrolled severe metabolic diseases; ?Unable to complete follow-up.
