Interventions

complete fasting group:Do not ingest any food or energy substances except water containing minerals.
Fasting + low intensity exercise group:On the basis of complete fasting, walk every other day for about 1 hour, 3km / h, 6 days
Fasting + moderate exercise group:The moderate exercise group was mainly performed in the early stage of fasting ( running for 1 hour every other day, 5km / h, 3 days )

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Gender : 18-24 volunteers, male and female accounted for about 50 % ; 2 ) Body : 19 < BMI < 32 ; 3 ) Age : 25-55 years old ; 4 ) Exclusion of pregnant and lactating women ; 5 ) No medical treatment, no drug dependence, no mental and psychological diseases ; 6 ) Contraindications are as follows : 1 Malignant tumor ; 2 severe cardiovascular disease ( congenital heart disease, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, angina, etc. ) ; 3 Infectious diseases ; 4 mental disorders ; 5 anemia ; 6 hypotension ; 7 severe diabetes ; 8 History of gastrointestinal ulcer.
