18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Men or women aged between 18 and 75; (2) One or both eyes were diagnosed as diabetes macular edema; (3) No serious systemic complications; (4) New initiation of intravitreal injection of anti VEGF drugs for the treatment of the eye; (5) Treatment eye retinal fovea thickness (CRT) = 300 µm;(6) The therapeutic eye ETDRS method tests BCVA at 39-73 letters (Snellen's visual acuity is approximately 20/40 to 20/160) at 4 meters; (7) The research subjects or caregivers are proficient in using smartphones and WeChat
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who have previously undergone surgery, laser therapy, or intravitreal hormone therapy for fundus diseases; (2) Confirmed patients with Alzheimer's disease, intellectual disability, or mental illness; (3) Pregnant women; (4) Patients who cannot be followed up locally.
