Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65-90 years old; ASA Level I-III; Patients undergoing non-craniocerebral surgery; The patient or family member can provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Communication barriers; The disease is in the terminal stage, and is complicated with malignant tumors, serious organ failure, etc. Patients with dementia and severe mental illness; BMI=30; A history of drug abuse; Receiving anti-bacterial/viral treatment; Acute or ongoing infection; Systemic inflammatory diseases; Hypersensitive state; Blood transfusion; Hematologic tumors; Decompensated cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Data is missing; Those who refuse to cooperate and ask to quit.
