Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received corticosteroid injections for primary frozen shoulder at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were included. 1. Patients aged =18 years who agreed to participate and signed an informed consent form; 2. Diagnosis of unilateral primary frozen shoulder; (3) The passive motion limitation of shoulder joint in at least 2 directions (abduction, flexion, external rotation, internal selection) greater than 25°;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary shoulder stiffness caused by previous trauma, surgery, shoulder osteoarthritis, tumor or local infection in the affected shoulder or adjacent area; 2. Bilateral shoulder freezing; 3. Patients with rotator cuff tear diagnosed by ultrasound or MRI; A history of steroid injections in the affected shoulder within 4.3 months; 5. Poorly controlled patients with diabetes and thyroid dysfunction;
