Interventions

PRP+HA Group:Intra-articular injection of PRP and HA combination once weekly for three weeks.
PRP Group:Intra-articular injection of autologous PRP once weekly for three weeks.
HA Group: Intra-articular injection of HA once weekly for three weeks.

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis according to the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR); Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III.; Age between 40 and 70 years.; Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, or renal diseases; Contraindications for intra-articular injections, such as joint infection or skin lesions;Received intra-articular injection therapy within the last three months; Allergic to the treatment medications; Poor compliance or inability to complete follow-up.
