Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? All meet the diagnostic criteria; ? Confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as stroke; ? Age range of 18-75 years old, with a disease course of more than 4 weeks; ? Vital signs are stable, general instructions can be executed, and there are no serious hearing or comprehension impairments; ? The lower limbs exhibit extensor or flexor muscle patterns when standing upright; ? Walking in a circular gait with or without upper limb flexion pattern; ? Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Unable to complete 4 weeks of rehabilitation treatment; ? Unable to cooperate in implementing the management plan; ? Unstable condition accompanied by severe cognitive impairment; ? Unable to complete training due to severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases.
