Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients group: 1) Meet the GDD diagnostic criteria defined in the Manual of Diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders (5th Edition); 2)Gesell scale shows that the scores of at least two energy areas are below 75, including the performance field of adaptability related to cognitive development; 3) Children aged 12 to 60 months; 4) Obtain the consent of parents or guardians and sign a written informed consent form. Control group: Normal developing children whose age and gender match the experimental group, and whose parents or guardians agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude GDD children with dyskinesia caused by cerebral palsy and spinal cord injury, and children with acquired nervous system damage caused by encephalitis, brain trauma or cerebral hemorrhage.
