Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates and infants undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia; Operation time > 30min; Intraoperative temperature monitoring was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative hypothermia ( 38?); (2) Core body temperature > 38.5? within 3 days before surgery due to infection or other reasons; (3) Have a history of hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism or other endocrine disorders that may affect body temperature; (4) Abnormal thermoregulation such as malignant hyperthermia or antipsychotic malignant syndrome; (5) hypothermia treatment; (6) preoperative use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs that may affect body temperature; (7) No core temperature monitoring or data loss.
