Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: 1. clear consciousness, age =60; 2. Stable vital signs, able to eat by mouth; 3. Normal language communication skills, able to cooperate with the completion of the assessment and investigation; 4. Patients met the diagnostic criteria for Sarcopenia issued by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS); 5. The dysphagia met the diagnostic criteria of dysphagia in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the assessment and treatment of Dysphagia"; 6. Informed consent and signed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe central nervous system diseases that could directly damage oropharyngeal nerves or muscles, such as stroke, head and neck tumors, Alzheimer's disease, etc. 2. implantation of artificial joint or cardiac pacemaker can not complete the bioelectrical impedance test; 3. Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney diseases and bleeding tendency diseases.
