Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>50 years old (2) PSA=4 µg/L (3) Local permanent population (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of prostate cancer (2) Medications that affect PSA test results taken within the past 3 months (3) History of acute urinary retention, urinary infection and prostatitis within 6 weeks (4) Digital rectal examination and prostate massage within one week (5) Indwelling catheterization and transurethral cystoscopy within 48 hours (6) Sexual activity within 24 hours
