Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and confirmed by CT or MRI; 1) Stroke diagnostic criteria: The diagnosis of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke is mainly based on history collection, physical examination, CT, MRI and other imaging examinations. 2) Diagnostic basis for ischemic stroke: a. A history of acute onset; b. Lack of function of the Vesta channel or total neurological impairment; c. CT/MRI examination of the head indicated ischemic changes; d. Rule out hemorrhagic stroke and non-vascular causes. 3) Diagnostic basis for hemorrhagic stroke: a. A history of acute onset; b. Focal or general neurological deficits, often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure, and varying degrees of disturbance of consciousness; c. CT/MRI examination of the head showed a bleeding focus; d. Exclude ischemic stroke and non-vascular causes. ? For the first time, fibrolaryngoscopy confirmed that there were patients with pharyngeal dysphagia; ? The disease is stable, and the course of the disease is from 2 weeks to 6 months; ? The legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Left mastoid skin damage or infection, bone defect, etc., affecting the placement of the magnetic head; ? Patients with craniocerebral trauma or malignant tumor; ? Patients with metal implants, non-diamagnetic drainage tubes and cardiac pacemakers in the brain; ? Had received transcranial or peripheral magnetic stimulation; ? Have a history of epilepsy, a history of idiopathic epilepsy in first-degree relatives, and use of antiepileptic drugs
