Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged =18 years old; 2) Patients requiring colonoscopy; 3) Ability to read, understand and sign informed consent; 4) The investigator believes that the subjects can understand the process of this clinical study and are willing and able to cooperate and complete all research processes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or Lactating Women; (2) History of Substance or Alcohol Abuse, or Psychiatric Disorders Within the Past 5 Years; (3) Known Multiple Polyposis Syndromes; (4) Known Inflammatory Bowel Disease; (5) Known Intestinal Stricture or Colorectal Space-Occupying Lesions; (6) History of Prior Colorectal Surgery; (7) Suspected or Known Intestinal Obstruction or Perforation; (8) History of Allergy to Previously Used Antispasmodics; (9) Inability to Perform Biopsy and Polypectomy Due to Coagulation Disorders or Oral Anticoagulant Therapy; (10) Premature Termination of Colonoscopy Due to Rapid Changes in the Patient's Cardiac or Respiratory Rate, Intolerance, Obstruction, or Large Space-Occupying Lesions; (11) Failure to Reach the Cecum During Colonoscopy or Suspicion of Polyposis Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
