Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who planned to undergo emergency intestinal obstruction surgery were treated with gastrointestinal decompression before surgery, planned to undergo endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia, ASA grade I-III, =18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, esophageal, stomach or upper abdominal surgery history, unwilling to cooperate with ultrasound examination.
