Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient has acute coronary syndrome and requires emergency intervention surgery. Angiography shows moderate to severe calcification

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with incomplete medical records and who do not agree to sign informed consent 2.Accompanied by congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy and so on 3.Liver, kidney and other organs have serious diseases, malignant tumors
