Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meets the diagnostic criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), diagnosed by two or more psychiatrists; (2) aged 18-60 years, no gender limitation; right-handed; (3) educational level of junior high school or higher, capable of cooperating with questionnaire assessments and psychotherapy; (4) score =17 on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale; (5) both patient and their dependents agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of cerebral organic diseases and other neurological diseases, physical diseases, use of psychoactive substances or drug dependence; (2) Have used thyroid preparations, immunomodulators, cortisol hormones, lithium salts, etc. within the past six months; (3) Combined with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, and bipolar disorder; (4) Patients with severe suicidal tendencies; (5) Those who have received mindfulness intervention in the past two years; (6) Absence from treatment for more than 3 times during the study period; (7) Pregnancy or lactation.
