Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for MAFLD patients: ? Age 18-60; ? Patients with clinically and pathologically confirmed MAFLD; ? Complete clinical data: height, weight, age, blood pressure, blood routine, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose, liver function, kidney function, liver imaging, liver FibroScan, etc. ? Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Inclusion criteria of healthy controls: age 18 ~ 60 years old, gender matching MAFLD group; Previous health, normal transaminase, no abnormal blood sugar, no abnormal thyroid function, no history (heart, lung, liver or tumor), no history of long-term drug use or excessive alcohol consumption.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hepatocellular carcinoma or hepatocellular carcinoma may be present (alpha-fetoprotein >100 ng/ml and imaging findings indicate the possibility of malignant liver occupying; Or alpha-fetoprotein >100 ng/ml for 3 months); ? Other systemic malignancies and hematological malignancies; ? Patients who have had or plan to undergo liver transplantation; ? Serious diseases of heart, lung, kidney, brain and other important organs; ? Abnormal blood sugar; ? Abnormal thyroid function; ? Pregnancy and lactation.
