No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 1 month and 18 years old; 2. Initial diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia based on bone marrow morphology and immunological classification; 3. Children receiving standardized treatment with CCCG-ALL2020 regimen for CAM chemotherapy, CAM+chemotherapy, and moderate risk reintroduction chemotherapy for ALL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary leukemia, Trisomy 21 syndrome, or congenital or hereditary diseases; 2. By searching the inpatient system and outpatient medical records, exclude children who have received treatment with antibiotics other than short acting granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and compound sulfamethoxazole within 2 weeks before and after the use of polyethylene glycol recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor
