Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group: Children diagnosed with MPS in our hospital from 2010 to the present (age =14 years). Literature Group: MPS cases from previous literature with detailed records of oral and dental conditions, age =14 years. Control Group: Non-MPS children matched 1:4 with the case group by age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other systemic diseases or syndromes that may affect dental development and caries status. Cases without oral examination and radiographic data.
