18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Karst score = 60 points; ? All cases were diagnosed as head and neck malignant tumors through pathological or (and) cytological examination; ? Has not undergone radiation therapy (including induction chemotherapy) in the past; ? No cognitive and language communication barriers; ? No abnormalities in blood routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram; ? No history of allergies or contraindications to medication; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from severe mental and cognitive impairment; ? Merge severe organic diseases; ? Existence of heart failure and other diseases; ? Patients with second primary cancer; ? Not willing to participate in this study.
