Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In June 2020 to December 2023, selected in the first affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university diagnosis of reproductive center RSA and agreed to accept villi tissue chromosome examination of 450 patients as the research object. According to the organization of villi chromosome Microarray analysis (CMA), the results are divided into abnormal group and normal group. RSA diagnosis and inclusion criteria: (1) natural conception or in ART after the biochemical > = 2 times in a row Within or 20 weeks of gestation and spontaneous abortion (by transvaginal pelvic ultrasound examination and histopathologic examination confirmed); (2) Detailed medical history, including general information, marriage history, abortion history, surgery history, etc.; (3) the causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion Examination results and >=1 embryo chromosomal test results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the follow-up process using three generations of ivf pregnancy assisted reproduction; (2) for pure and (or)For the eggs to assisted reproduction, and so on and so forth; (3) previous major medical or surgical diseases.
