Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.choose the time of painless colonoscopy; 2.gender is not limited; 3.Age >= 65; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.allergic to any ingredient of any of the above two medicines; 2.general health conditions are seriously deteriorated, such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, intolerability of painless colonoscopy; 3.heart failure; 4.evere active inflammatory bowel disease ( Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis); 5.severe renal dysfunction (GFR & lt 30ml min 1.73 m2) or electrolyte disturbances; 6.previous neurological disorder history, cognitive impairment; 7.Hyperthyroidism;
