Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages =18 years old; 2. Registered nurses currently on duty, with a work duration of =2 months; 3. Informed consent, those who voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intern nurses, nursing students, and retired nurses; 2. Nurses currently undergoing psychotherapy or taking psychiatric medication; 3. Nurses who are unable to work in the hospital for various reasons during the study period.
