Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ?Aged between 18 and 75 years old; ?To clarify the cause of abnormal elevation of liver enzymes or evaluate the condition of CLD, in accordance with the indications for liver biopsy, and after excluding contraindications such as coagulation dysfunction and excessive ascites, liver biopsy is planned to be performed; ?Agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ?Unstable physical condition: end-stage of various diseases, recent cerebral hemorrhage, unstable arrhythmia, unstable angina, NYHA IV, surgery within 24 hours, etc; ?Pregnancy or lactation; ?Involved with ongoing anti-tumor treatment clinical trial or another clinical trial; ?Due to chest deformities and other reasons, the area that can be explored by liver ultrasound is smaller than the required measurement area, or due to mental and neurological disorders such as hepatic encephalopathy and motor disorders that prevent the patient from cooperating, resulting in the failure of quantitative parameter measurement by ultrasound; ? There are many missing clinical data, making it difficult to conduct statistical analysis.
