Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA score ?~? 2) The patient was diagnosed with HCC, but the tumor diameter did not exceed 5 cm and the number of tumors did not exceed 3 3) Child-Pugh class A and B liver function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Obvious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction, liver function Child C; 2) Allergic to the study drug; 3) Patients who also underwent liver resection 4) Patients with mentally ill; 5) Opioid abuse; 6) Those who cannot cooperate with the NRS score; 7) Refused to participate in the study.
