Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.An elective thoracoscopic lung surgery is proposed; 3.ASA grade was I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to sign the test consent; 2.Have auricular point skin damage or inflammation; 3.Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, dementia and patients who can't communicate with; 4.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.History of thoracic surgery; 6.Refuse to use PCA pump.
